Production details

1	Extruder	equipped with automatic loading& drying machine
2	Die head and mould	It adopts high quality mould steel which features high speed production even extruding low pressure on the die head high precision long life span etc. One mould can produce two pieces high efficiency
3	Cooling water tank	Stainless steel cooling water tank controls the crystallization degree to the plastic and guarantees the extension ratio of belt blank.
4	First haul off machine	It is used for the first hauling after extruding and cooling. It consists of electrical motor speed reducer, hauling roller etc
