Description

1. Pvc Wpc Skinning Foam Board machine adopts specially designed SJSZ80/156 or SJSZ92/188 conical twin screw extruder and imported ABB orSiemens speed frequency converter.It chooses imported RKC and Omron temperature controller. It have a very good plasticization performance.

2.  Production Flow

Raw materials---Mixing---Feeding---Extruding---Molding---Calibrating---Haulling off---Cutting---Stacking---Printing or Hot stamping---Package.

3. PVC celuka board machine is mainly used to produce kinds of pvc celuka foam board(crusted foam board). PVC celuka foam board can be used like the wood and is a good material for making furnitures widely used in decoration, building, furniture advertisement etc.
